Potato Chip Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup of softened butter 1/2 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of ridged potato chips 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
1 tsp of vanilla 2 cups of flour confectioners’ sugar for dusting (optional)
Steps
Preheat the oven to 350F. Place butter and sugar into a large bowl and stir until smooth. Ad the potaro chips, pecans, and vanilla until combined. Add the flour and stir until incorporated. Drop teaspoons full of dough about 2 inches apart from eachother on a baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until edges are lightly browned. Cool on parchment or waxed paper and sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar, if desired.
